Molly E. Gorby joined Hummel, Lewis & Davidson, LLP as an associate attorney in July of 2021.
Attorney Gorby began her legal career in 2002 in the State of Florida practicing in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation while representing financial institutions.
After moving to central Pennsylvania, Attorney Gorby focused her practice on estate planning, estate administration, real estate, and civil litigation.
Attorney Gorby has the experience to lead executors and administrators through the administration of the Estates of their friends and loved ones. She enjoys meeting with couples of all ages regarding estate planning to assist them in preparing the documents necessary to ensure peace of mind. Additionally, she also finds it rewarding to represent clients in the sale or purchase of real estate - particularly when they are celebrating the joy of purchasing a new home.
Ms. Gorby's knowledge of civil litigation gives her the insight to advise both corporate and individual clients involved in lawsuits and legal disputes when making critical decisions to pursue or settle cases as either Plaintiffs or Defendants.
Molly is a native of Florida and received her bachelor's degree in Criminology from Florida State University. She graduated from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law in 2002 and joined the Florida Bar that same year. In 2017, Molly became a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is currently a member of the Columbia/Montour County Bar Association.
Attorney Gorby lives in the Lewisburg area with her family and is actively involved in her children's extra-curricular activities
