A native of Mount Carmel, Mike Smith graduated from Mount Carmel High School and participated in football and baseball. He graduated magna cum laude from Bloomsburg University with a bachelor's degree in Business Economics and cum laude from Widener University School of Law.
While pursing his law degree, Mike worked for the Pennsylvania Civil Law Clinic, and completed internships with the Governor's Office of General Counsel and the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office.
Mr. Smith is a member of the California Bar and was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania in October of 2007.
Prior to joining Hummel & Lewis, LLP, Mike served for one year as a law clerk to the Honorable John E. Domalakes in the Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania.
